We have an opportunity for Contract Resource Coordinator, ideally with some previous resourcing experience, to join our UK team and manage the process for our project Contractors. Working closely with the Project Management Office (PMO), the post-holder will be responsible for organising and coordinating contractor resource in order to support the effective delivery of our projects. The Contract Resource Coordinator will liaise with external Agencies and internal departments to ensure the necessary paperwork is completed in good time for the Contractors start date or renewal date. You will be responsible for ensuring the correct approval process is followed and that information is accurately documented. This will include raising Purchase Orders, requesting Statement of Works (SoW) and ensuring our Master Contract Agreement (MCA) is signed by Agencies/Suppliers. The role is based at our office in Eton, Berkshire.
