Marketing Programs Manager

Overview

Manage all Marketing Programs for InterSystems Dataplatform Business in the DACH region: Provide within budget effective local marketing services to the assigned territories, in order to generate demand / fill the pipeline, increase sales revenues and meet key business targets, within the context of the corporate and local marketing plans.  

Responsibilities

Be part of DACH Marketing team, and extended European and Worldwide teams

 

BRANDING

  • Advertising; assist with advertising including ad hoc advertising opportunities in designated territories in line with corporate branding.  Maintain consistency in branding whilst refreshing adverts regularly in line with emerging stories / press releases / market trends.
  • Collateral; Assist with the print of new and/or updated collateral, as appropriate; Co-ordinate the localisation and production of local collateral, including electronic (PDFs, HTML etc.,) printed and CD formats; Update and maintain the Sales team’s first meeting pack
  • Social Media; Leverage the social media tools/channels to promote Intersystems and its offerings, re-use Corporate or other local marketing assets

 

MARKETING AUTOMATION

  • Make use of our marketing automation tools to generate leads / support revenue goals
  • Salesforce Database; Manage the local customer management relationship (CRM) databases to ensure they remain complete and accurate at all times; Assist with imports and exports of data; Run management reports from CRM system as required
  • Pardot; create campaigns which rely on Pardot for pipeline creation/lead nurturing

 

CAMPAIGNS

  • Create, execute and monitor campaigns which help to achieve local and corporate marketing and sales goals
  • Pipeline to Partner; help to win new partner, nurture leads until handover to sales
  • Partner to Revenue; create programs and co-marketing opportunities for our partners to increase their business. Support them with all necessary communications and marketing tools and assets
  • Manage the implementation of Corporate and other local direct mail campaigns, adapted to local market conditions where applicable; Assist with pulling relevant data from CRM system as needed; Maintain effectiveness reports.

RESEARCH

  • Identify new market opportunities / verticals or industries
  • Provide insights into market potential
  • Provide insights into Buying Centers

 

ADMIN

  • To establish and maintain productive working relationship with Country/Sales Managers and Marketing Coordinators in the branch offices acting as a point of contact for the sharing of good practice
  • Maintain the required facts and statistics for reporting, planning and feedback to corporate and local sales and marketing teams
  • Define and monitor your budget; to help achieve within budget, the Corporate and Local Marketing plan objectives and undertake a quarterly, cost benefit review
  • To monitor the work of the local marketing agencies as requested and ensure that goals are being achieved to the agreed quality standards within the agreed budgets
  • To undertake any self-development or training, appropriate to the post and within the capability of the post-holder.

Qualifications

Essential:

  • Minimum of 7 years experience in B2B Technology Marketing
  • Minimum of 2 years in similar previous role/position
  • Ability to create and implement integrated marketing campaigns
  • Experience in managing vendor relationships (printers, design agencies etc)
  • Proven track with using marketing automation tools
  • English language - verbal and written

 

Desirable:

  • Market Research Experience
  • Database technology knowledge
  • Experience with social media and web/analytical tools
  • Salesforce / Pardot experience
