We are currently recruiting for a Clinical Change Manager.


A professional at this position level within InterSystems has the following responsibilities:

  • Develop/refine a change management framework for a large HIS implementation project.
  • Guide the customer in applying the the Change Management process and developing communications that will help clinician with the adoption of a new system.
  • Support customers in creating project- specific change management plans and activities to encourage adoption of the system
  • Create/enhance change management tools and templates
  • Present change programs to customers and clinicians
  • Support customers ensure successful change management across all end user locations and departments




  • Strong program-level change strategy background
  • Implementation of change initiatives in a large Health service.
  • Demonstrated high-level organisational change management skills
  • Ability to assess clinical and business process change impact.
  • Familiarity hospital (clinical and administrative) workflow in both inpatient and outpatient settings, interest in health information systems and outcomes measurement
  • Clinical domain knowledge and credibility within healthcare community
  • Experience in the planning, selection, implementation and performance assessment of health IT solutions

  • University Degree

Education and Training

  • Graduate IT qualifications highly desirable
  • Knowledgeable in InterSystems Caché Object Script programming language.
