  • Overview

    We are currently recruiting for a Clinical Safety Manager.


    The Clinical Safety Manager will lead and manage the adoption of Intersystems’ Clinical Safety Management Framework to support the development and implementation of Intersystems’ products across the Asia Pacific region.


    The duties assigned include, but are not limited to:

    • To provide the clinical safety assurance service across InterSystems’ products in the Asia Pacific region.
    • Adapt and refine Intersystems’ Clinical Safety Management Framework and Plan for use in the Asia Pacific Region
    • Act as the escalation point for reported clinical safety issues.
    • Create Safety Reports as appropriate from issues reported by Customers, Implementation and Support staff.
    • Perform clinical safety assessments to assist internal teams (Regional Edition, Implementation and Support).
    • Deliver clinical safety training to internal and external groups.
    • Participate in the Clinical Safety Group activities.
    • Create and maintain Region, Project and Customer specific clinical safety documentation.
    • Provide clinical safety/ risk assessment advice at customer sites.
    • Provide advice and bring experience to the customer and ISC team in terms of lessons learnt in the field particularly around clinical safety

    • Strong background in clinical safety and clinical risk management, especially within healthcare technologies.
    • Implementation of  successful clinical risk management activities
    • EMR/ HIS implementation experience preferred.
    • Experience in developing training materials.
    • Good understanding of clinical and administrative workflows within an acute or sub-acute health setting.
    • Proven clinical stakeholder engagement, negotiation and influencing skills.
    • Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills. 
    • Clinical domain knowledge preferred
