Overview

InterSystems is seeking a skilled Workday HCM Specialist to augment our team in the development and implementation of Workday’s ATS, Talent and Performance Management modules, and to provide the continued optimization and support of Workday’s Core HCM, Benefits and Absence Management modules, used by managers and employees worldwide to achieve business goals.  1600 employees based in 27 countries.

Responsibilities

  • Provide Workday HCM expertise to Business Process configuration, testing, interface and integration support, implementation through deployment. 
  • Ensure system data integrity using audit scripts and other controls, resolves data issues.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders on the generation of effective reports and analytics that meet customer needs.
  • Providing end user support including root cause analysis and resolution; creates/maintains training and other documentation.
  • Acts as liaison with benefits vendors, escalating integration issues for resolution.
  • Collaborates with internal functions including: Internal Applications, Technical Services, Payroll and Finance to ensure effective HCM design.
  • ReportWriter experience a plus, but not required.

Qualifications

 

  • 1 - 2 years’ Workday HCM experience including Core HCM, Benefits, Absence, and integrations. International experience a plus.
  • Strong technical understanding of Workday HCM and relational database management experience. 
  • Must have technical aptitude and experience with reporting and data analysis.
  • Needs excellent Excel and other Microsoft applications skills.
  • Requires excellent analytic skills with a demonstrated understanding of the concepts and issues unique to the management of HR data.
  • Strong understanding of benefits, compensation, absence management and other HR business processes and disciplines.
  • Must have excellent problem solving and customer service skills. High attention to detail required.
  • Strong communication and relationship building skills required.
  • Must be highly organized and able to prioritize and multi-task.
