The role of the Administrative Assistant is to provide a high quality administrative service to the internal and external customers of the region and ensure that good communications exist between the Benelux office and other global offices. The Administrative Assistant will support the Administration, Sales and Marketing departments and across a wide range of Admin functions whilst at all times maintaining the professional standards as required of this role. The role reports into the Office Manager in Belgium.
