  • Overview

    InterSystems IRIS Database Platform™ is the “power behind what matters”. As a Software Developer you will be a key contributor to the design and implementation of Atelier, our flagship integrated development environment (IDE). Modern developers need tools that are intuitive, responsive, and collaborative. Atelier delivers on this promise by leveraging the Eclipse framework. You will be working on a team using industry best practices such as code review, continuous integration, and continuous delivery.



    • As a team member you will be primarily coding in Java enhancing and implementing new features for our Eclipse plugin
    • Work closely with technical leader and other team members
    • Contribute to the design of REST APIs which are fundamental to the operation of Atelier
    • Advocate best practices for IDE development
    • Attend product orientation sessions to become familiar with basic product functionality and workflows


    • Extensive experience with Java 8+ 
    • Thorough understanding of REST, JSON, and associated technologies 
    • Experience with continuous integration technologies such as Jenkins would be a plus
    • Experience with developing IDEs would be a plus
