We are currently recruiting for a Quality Development Engineer to ensure the highest quality of the Australian Edition of TrakCare.


A professional at this position level within InterSystems has the following responsibilities:

  • Creates test cases based on specifications and documentation
  • Performs scripted and unscripted testing as part of the release cycle
  • Participates in new feature design as a quality expert
  • Utilises the InterSystems Test Automation Toolkit to create automated test scripts
  • Maintains and updates test scripts as required according to product changes
  • Identifies risks, definition and management of the implementation of countermeasures
  • Escalates of all test-relevant topics, participates in conflict resolution in the test environment
  • Timely identifies and escalates environment issues, data gaps and appropriate administration
  • Reports on testing KPI’s
  • Re-tests failures following defect remediation


  • University Degree in Technology, Science or Healthcare
  • Relevant software development and/or testing experience
  • ISTQB Certification preferred
  • Fluent in English


  • Additional testing certifications
  • Clinical background
  • Experience in Healthcare IT
  • Experience implementing complex technology solutions

    • Ability to coordinate and lead team
    • Are flexible in terms of accepting the project assignments
