  • Overview

    InterSystems Brazil seeks to hire an energetic, hungry Sales Executive who will define and then execute a strategy designed to introduce InterSystems HealthShare to new customers in addition to existing customers who have already deployed one of our other products including Caché, Ensemble or TrakCare. We passionately believe that our value proposition represents ‘best of breed’ capability, an opinion shared by KLAS in their 2014 HIE report. Hence, the responsibility for building on our success with HealthShare to date is a significant one. Our need to appoint a seasoned and highly credible executive to secure new name business and to build mutually rewarding long term relationships will be critical to HealthShare’s evolution in Brazil and beyond.    

       
    InterSystems HealthShare is a health informatics platform. It provides advanced technology for strategic interoperability and analytics for action within a single facility, or across a hospital network, or the healthcare system of an entire nation.

     

    The Brazilian healthcare market is maturing rapidly and the case for robust interoperable platforms is gaining momentum.  In addition, there is an urgent need to allow care professionals to exchange information between care settings to facilitate fully integrated health and social care.  The need for a single platform to connect these disparate systems and functions has never been more relevant than it is today.

     

    The Sales Executive will be tasked with managing and developing relationships with new and existing End User customers to uncover potential opportunities for HealthShare as a solution to meet the target organisation’s interoperability needs in both the Public and Private sector.  In addition, the Sales Executive will focus on expanding HealthShare to the application provider market. We believe that the key to raising awareness of HealthShare’s broad based capabilities will be to engage at the C level within the various target organisations. The successful candidate will have a demonstrable track record of successfully articulating and subsequently selling solutions through CEOs, CFOs, and CIOs.   

     

    Responsibilities

    • Discover, qualify and develop opportunities for HealthShare in Brazil’s market
    • Motivate internal and external staff/resources to focus on desired business outcomes
    • Work with the Brazil Bid team to provide timely proposals to customers
    • Manage, escalate and resolve technical or contractual issues
    • Develop effective prospecting strategies to target new customers in order to identify need and areas where our solutions can provide value
    • Leverage existing customers and use reference sites to support the campaign to bring in new name business
    • Maintain awareness of industry sector and technological advances
    • Partnering with InterSystems internal stakeholders (technical, marketing and business development teams) to develop compelling solutions for current and prospective HealthShare customers.

    Qualifications

    • Excellent listening, written and communication skills
    • 10+ years demonstrable track record of software solutions sales within Brazil’s Public and Private healthcare sectors
    • Proven ability to engage at C level with a demonstrable of Sales success 
    • Ability to develop and leverage existing relationships amongst both clinical and technical stakeholders.
    • A sound grasp of technology
