  • Overview

    Reporting to the Implementation Director, HealthShare US, this role will be responsible for the production and maintenance of project artifacts (including financial) as directed by the Implementation Director or Project Manager.  They will also carry out admin associated with the management of the implementation partners as well as customer and ISC project/program steering activities.

    Responsibilities

    • Carry out project reporting and project administration under the direction of the Implementation Director
    • Reporting: Produce reports containing Project status, Scope changes, Project overview, Resource allocation and availability, Milestones, Projections, Gantt charts, Earned value, Budget v Expenditure for the project portfolio
    • Administration and support: Assist teams with logistics (meetings, workshops, presentations, etc.)
    • Maintain documentation library or database to define standards, examples, project documents & electronic Project Files
    • Oversee resource availability and allocation: resource management; project organizational structure
    • Creation and maintenance of processes and procedures

    Qualifications

    • University degree or 5+ yrs experience supporting large scale software implementations
    • Over 3 years of working within a PMO function or equivalent, carrying out the administration and scheduling of project plans and the associated information management
    • Proven ability in fast learning of specific requirements of complex operations
    • Awareness of project/programme management methodologies
    • Extensive experience with Project Office Support tools
    • Persuasive and effective communication skills. He/She must be fluent in English and be able to read and write at an accomplished level
    • Familiarity with health care activities
    • Project Management qualification such as Prince2 , PMP or PMI desirable
