    The InterSystems TrakCare Product Management team employs clinicians and healthcare IT experts who are building products that transform healthcare organizations.


    The Product Manager, Interoperability role is both internal and market facing, helping to refine the strategy, manage the roadmap and implement the required functionality to keep TrakCare at the front of the market in interoperability. TrakCare contains groundbreaking and market leading capabilities around integration and the Product Manager will ensure that it continues to exceed market expectations and deliver value to our clients. The successful candidate will have deep knowledge of Healthcare interoperability and real world experience in connecting disparate systems to achieve clinical success.


    The duties initially assigned include, but are not limited to:

    • Participates in strategy development for interoperability and the technical roadmap for TrakCare
    • Develop and manage both the short term and long term roadmap
    • Design and product market and customer facing supporting materials (documentation, web site content, etc)
    • Product specifications for development and perform testing to ensure that development meets design requirements
    • Author documentation and other content to support clients and field teams
    • Collect, synthesize and prioritize customer feedback, using a combination of live customer feedback sessions and additional feedback mechanisms as input for future roadmap
    • Participate in analyst briefings, symposiums, conferences and other market facing opportunities.
    • Other duties may be directed by the company from time to time.


    • Demonstrated domain expertise in Healthcare interoperability and integration
    • Development background preferred
    • Deep understanding of HL7 and FHIR
    • Experience in writing use cases, requirements, or functional documentation for healthcare applications or integrations
    • Previous experience working with healthcare applications at an in depth level
    • Tertiary education in a Technical, Medical domain or Health Informatics domain
    • A minimum of 8 Years relevant experience
