Lead implementation and ongoing development of Salesforce.com for InterSystems Work closely with Salesforce Administrator and other Salesforce Analysts to ensure coordinated and compliant development of Salesforce Manage projects; initiate and drive multiple workflows to successful completion with strong communication and collaboration Ensure security and governance of system and data Create, define and manage roles, profiles, users, permission sets and sharing rules Help drive a standardized corporate solution while delivering functionality, tracking of appropriate data, and reporting to domestic and international business Support data migration from legacy systems (Hermes, others) to Salesforce Work cross-functionally with internal customers in Sales and Marketing to understand and deliver on business needs Lead the creation and roll-out of all fields, custom objects, formulas, workflow and validation rules, approval processes, and alerts Manage marketing-to-sales pipeline and data workflow
Advanced knowledge of Salesforce.com or similar CRM system, marketing automation systems and integrated applications. Strong listener, capable of managing being responsive vs. reactive in legitimizing requests from the business Strong analytical and business intelligence skills, with attention to detail Effective reporting and data manipulation skills, including imports, exports, filters and dashboard creation Maturity and confidence to manage and negotiate various priorities and business requirements to achieve an ideal outcome Strong written and verbal communications skills, including the ability to deliver compelling presentations Ability to coordinate, interact with and influence cross-functional teams Open approach to working with colleagues from different cultures to ensure diverse needs and inputs are considered and integrated into work products
Education and Training
Bachelor’s degree 2-4 years of analytical and problem experience in a business analyst or related role Substantive Salesforce.com administrative experience; Salesforce Certification preferred Process improvement and/or program and project management background, preferably in a software or other technology company
