    We are seeking a product marketing leader to drive planning and execution for healthcare positioning and messaging around the world. As a member of the Healthcare Market Strategy team, you will be based in Cambridge, MA, and you’ll work closely with product management, sales, thought leaders, and corporate and regional marketing teams to help us tell the InterSystems healthcare solutions story and drive business growth.

    Responsibilities

    • In close collaboration with the corporate marketing, market strategy, sales, and product teams, develop and oversee the execution of corporate-wide positioning and product marketing plans for InterSystems healthcare solutions
    • Work with regional marketing and sales teams to leverage and localize corporate plans and marketing assets for regional product positioning, messages, content, and programs
    • Collaborate with regional teams to develop customer success stories and document ROI
    • Guide the development of healthcare product marketing content
    • Drive messaging and positioning for major customer and industry market events
    • Enhance sales success by overseeing the development and management of innovative sales tools
    • Assist regional teams with specific sales opportunities as needed

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in marketing or related discipline; master’s degree preferred
    • 10+ years progressively responsible marketing experience in health IT, with competencies in product messaging and positioning, digital marketing, GTM initiatives and campaigns, and sales enablement
    • International experience is required
    • Exceptional project management, presentation and writing skills
    • Ability to work well with remote teams around the globe and lead through influence
    • Flexibility to travel domestically and internationally approximately 40%
