    InterSystems empowers care providers and connects care communities around the world through health information. We are seeking a Product Marketing leader for the world’s most proven EMR. TrakCare, which is sold only outside the US, has won regional and global Best in KLAS awards for the past two years. As an individual contributor within the Healthcare Market Strategy team, you will be based in Cambridge, MA, and you’ll travel extensively to work with regional teams and customers around the world.


    You’ll work closely with, and be assisted by, product teams in Cambridge and in Sydney, Australia, TrakCare and International Sales leadership, and Corporate Marketing. You will drive product positioning, messaging, and customer initiatives to help continue and expand on TrakCare’s record of success.


    • Guide international market research and use market insights to develop comprehensive marketing plans and to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing investments.
    • Working with the healthcare market strategy team and regional teams, perform competitive assessments and develop global and regional product positioning, messages, content, and programs
    • Collaborate with regional teams to develop customer references, document ROI, and promote adoption.
    • Work with customers and business partners to tell their stories effectively to both their own customers and to our prospects.
    • Partner with corporate and regional marketing, analyst relations, and sales teams to drive new business, promote thought leadership, enhance market awareness, and foster customer success.
    • Assist regional teams with specific sales opportunities


    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; master’s degree preferred
    • 5+ years of EHR/EMR marketing experience with a track record of measurable results.
    • International experience is a plus.
    • Skilled at working with healthcare C-level executives, clinicians, technologists, industry analysts, and policy makers
    • Able to translate healthcare delivery, policy, and IT issues into market messages and business use cases.
    • Excellent presentation and writing skills
    • Ability to work well with remote teams around the globe and to lead without direct authority
    • Flexibility to travel internationally approximately 50%
