As the Global Marketing Programs Manager, you will manage digital advertising/marketing projects including Google AdWords campaigns and support corporate website strategy and optimization.

 

About the InterSystems Marketing Department

 

The Global Marketing team partners strategically with our regional marketing teams, business units, and sales organizations around the world.  Global Marketing provides strategic planning and branding/communications counsel for key corporate initiatives, as well as tactical and creative support for areas throughout the organization. Broadly, Global Marketing is responsible for all corporate messaging and communications management.

Responsibilities

  • Corporate Branding:
    • Collaborate with your team to develop brand materials and content
    • Partner with regional offices to develop content materials
  • Website:
    • Coordinate with business units and regional marketing teams to provide materials, input and feedback for global and local web content
    • Measure and improve SEO performance, monitor Google Analytics and recommend website optimizations
  • Digital Marketing:
    • Manage display network advertising on Google AdWords and through other contextual advertising platforms
    • Recommend and execute strategies for keyword opportunities, campaign structuring, targeting, display network, and other facets of paid search in accordance with business unit goals
    • Develop and maintain digital dashboards to measure results. Report metrics of success
  • Research:
    • Execute research projects including global brand tracking studies
    • Present results to focus towards supporting business opportunities
  • Employee Communications Portal:
    • Serve as an essential member of the editorial team which develop weekly content for the InterSystems employee portal site
    • Collaborate with other departments to develop articles

Qualifications

  • Experience in software/high tech industries, and/or healthcare vertical
  • Strong writing, editing, proofreading, layout and design, professional printing/publishing skills
  • Confident communicator, able to present concepts verbally
  • Organizational and planning, including project and time management skills
  • Comfort with a wide degree of creativity and latitude
  • Knowledge and understanding of current trends in digital media/social media
  • Collaborative spirit in a team environment. You will get to partner with Global Marketing, Sales, Business Development, and Product Management teams

Education and Training

  • MBA is a plus
