InterSystems Corporation is hiring confident, motivated software developers to join our Software Sales Engineering team. This position combines software development with sales focused business initiatives. A Software Sales Engineer needs to be determined, outgoing, driven, and able to learn on the fly. You will be the technical face of the sales team acting as the sole provider of proof-of-concept through to implementation support for clients across North America.
You will be paired with a Senior Sales Engineer to mentor you through your initial six months in the company. Onboarding includes in-depth technical training on our software applications, as well as client exposure and gradual account management. Upon successful completion of the onboarding process, you will manage all technical aspects of the Sales process. Excellent coding skills, calm under pressure, and ability to self-educate are necessary to succeed in this role.
