As a Certification Specialist, you will drive, organize, and maintain key processes to support the InterSystems certification program. To do this you will collaborate with your team members while following internal quality processes to ensure correct exam delivery and certification management for candidates. Additionally, you will interface with our customers to provide support and resolve issues regarding our exams and certifications.
You will be a key part of a team dedicated to certifying InterSystems customers and partners. As such, you should be comfortable with the software industry, including its processes and terminology, and be able to confidently communicate with our customers about our learning and certification options.
