  • Overview

    As Marketing Programs Manager, you will be responsible for executing the global marketing programs for our Electronic Medical Record business that are driven out of our Sydney office, as well as managing marketing programs in South East Asia. 

    Responsibilities

    ·         Execute and evolve customer engagement and customer communication programs

    ·         Project manage and evolve the OnTrak Online Customer Community

    ·         Manage creation and delivery of new content (e.g., customer testimonials, news articles, webinars)

    ·         Evolve and manage execution of customer referenceability programs

    ·         Manage event sponsorships and InterSystems-led events in South East Asia

    ·         Manage daily correspondence with co-workers, business partners, and vendors

    ·         Other duties as set out by TrakCare Product Marketing Director

    Qualifications

    ·         Bachelor’s Degree (minimum)
    ·         Experience in software/high tech and/or healthcare industries
    ·         5+ years of marketing experience relating to the above responsibilities

    ·         Strong verbal, written and project management skills

    ·         Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills

    ·         Knowledge of computer application skills such as MS Office suite, Pardot, Salesforce

    ·         Detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

    ·         Strong initiative, proactive and willing to take ownership of projects from start to finish

    ·         Adaptable and eager to learn and assume new responsibilities
