Marketing Coordinator

Overview

The Marketing Co-ordinator will work with the marketing and sales teams to support all company business units. The role will develop and implement quality campaigns to increase sales revenues and meet key business targets within the context of the corporate and local marketing plans. This role can be based in Finland (Espoo) or Sweden (Stockholm).

The role will also include general marketing activities to support the business objectives as needed for campaign and brand consistency.  In addition, the Marketing Co-ordinator should create and execute activities to recruit new (Application) Partners by engaging with Innovators and Developers, thereby driving our Data Platform business.  He / She should also to increase our market profile and reach in the Healthcare markets to extend InterSystems’ business inside and outside of hospitals and laboratories.

This role is key to delivering effective marketing communications to improve demand generation and nurturing.  The geographical area of responsibility is the Nordics. The marketing coordinator will report to the marketing director based in Germany

Responsibilities

Marketing Planning

  • Creation and execution of the annual regional marketing plan (Nordics)

Branding/Awareness

  • Advertising; plan/assist with advertising / social ads
  • Content; coordinate the print of new and/or updated collateral, as appropriate; as well as the localisation and production of local collateral, including electronic (PDFs, HTML etc.,) printed and CD formats; Update and maintain the Sales team’s first meeting pack
  • PR / AR; Co-ordinate the localisation and assist with the production of local PR
  • Leverage the social media tools/channels to promote InterSystems and its offerings, re-use Corporate or other local marketing assets

Marketing Automation

  • Make use of our marketing automation tools to generate leads / support revenue goals

Events/Campaigns

  • Prepare own events, support third party events from concept to follow up activities
  • Adapt / localize, execute and monitor campaigns which help to achieve local and corporate marketing and sales goals
  • Pipeline to Partner; help to win new partner, nurture leads until handover to sales
  • Partner to Revenue; support our partners to increase their business with all necessary communications and marketing tools and assets

Research

  • Support/ initiate research projects

Administration

  • To establish and maintain productive working relationship with the colleagues in the branch offices and international marketing teams
  • Maintain the required facts and statistics for reporting, planning and feedback
  • Monitor the work of the local marketing agencies as requested and ensure that goals are being achieved to the agreed quality standards within the agreed budgets
  • To undertake any self-development or training, appropriate to the post

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in B2B Technology Marketing
  • Minimum of 2 years in similar previous role/position
  • Ability to execute integrated marketing campaigns
  • Proven track in planning and running events
  • Experience in managing vendor relationships (printers, design agencies etc)
  • Ideally some Marketing experience in verticals such as healthcare, retail/logistics, manufacturing or government
  • Previous Database technology knowledge would be an advantage
  • Good experience with social media would be a benefit
  • Salesforce / Pardot or similar CRM / marketing automation tools

Education and Training

  • Fluency in Finnish
  • Fluency in English
  • Fluency in 2nd Nordic language
