The Business Development Manager is primarily responsible for the recruitment of new accounts for InterSystems IRIS Data Platform. This includes managing all aspects of prospective and existing application and solution partner accounts in order to generate sales revenue and ensure a productive and profitable business relationship. Key accountabilities are to win new logo business, and develop long term revenue streams from new customers.
Through strategic and careful communication, this role will be the first contact for prospects of InterSystems’ newest line of business, InterSystems IRIS Data Platform, via outbound campaigns. Qualifies IRIS Data Platform prospects and produces quality leads for the InterSystems Market Development and Sales Team. The Product Manager takes a lead role in defining and executing HealthShare product direction – from deeply understanding customers’ clinical and strategic problems to envisioning and designing highly usable solutions that help those customers solve those problems completely, quickly, and effectively. The Product Manager produces product requirements and use cases, and joins with software developers and others in building prototypes and complete solutions. The Product Manager is the subject matter expert for a domain area and, as such, works with and effectively communicates with developers, implementation staff and customers in order to understand new product needs, requirements, and innovative directions for the HealthShare solution moving into the future.
The Project Manager role will be accountable for the overall success of the implementation. They will be responsible for overall project strategy, defining roles and responsibilities across the multiple organizations and people involved. They will coordinate all steps and tasks in the project, ensuring on-time completion of all aspects, and eventual go-live and customer value achievement. They will be responsible for the quality of implementation. They will also be responsible for ensuring the project is completed cost effectively.
As a Quality Development Engineer, you will contribute to developing high quality, robust data platform InterSystems IRIS by working hard to uncover weaknesses and areas for improvement. If you are passionate about breaking things and growing cloud technology, you will excel in this role by purposefully building tools that will be destructive to our products. Then, you will provide analysis to figure out the error and the best method to rectify and improve, while working closely with our Development teams. The Release Engineer will contribute to the successful development and timely deployment of robust products and customer solutions by providing technical knowledge to build processes and procedures to package together all elements of the product. Elements of the product will include compiled application software, configuration data, sample code and data, and documentation. Processes and procedures will be scripted and may be automated to bring elements together from disparate sources such as source control systems, file servers and other repositories. The released product will be packaged in such a way as to ensure consistent and reliable installation and upgrade, and to provide reliable and predictable mechanisms for moving system elements between systems.
