As a Clinical Course Developer, you will build online training course content for InterSystems’ customers and internal staff. You will ensure curriculums and training materials are crafted, updated, and maintained related to the use of our healthcare software products.

The Clinical Product Manager utilizes health domain knowledge and health IT application experience to participate in defining and executing HealthShare product direction – from deeply understanding customers’ clinical and strategic problems to envisioning and defining highly usable solutions that help customers solve those problems completely, quickly, and effectively.
Working in an experienced product team the Product Specialist’s key responsibilities include using extensive domain knowledge and experience to work both with developers and customers to define the requirements and influence the direction of the product’s Medications Management and Clinical Information System product areas. TrakCare Product Specialists are capable of producing product requirements and use cases and participating with engineers on developing prototype and total solutions. Qualified candidates come from a clinical background as a Pharmacist, Nurse or Doctor within a Hospital.

As a Clinical Production Specialist, you will build and develop online technical training content for InterSystems’ customer-facing online training initiatives, with an eye towards our TrakCare (EHR/EMR) product. These trainings are delivered in clinical settings to doctors, nurses, clinicians and other healthcare providers. You will work closely with the Course Developers to move content from storyboards and scripts to final online content. The Program Manager is a senior implementation role responsible for successful delivery of implementation projects using the InterSystems implementation methodology. The Program Manager maintains a senior relationship between InterSystems and the customer throughout the project implementation cycle. He or she will ensure appropriate project/program governance and facilitate stakeholder management on customer and ISC side through steering committee operating mechanisms. The Program Manager will be the escalation point for customers, InterSystems and Implementation partners for implementation activity.
The Program Manager will oversee the work of Project Managers and Project Support Staff during implementations and reports to the Implementation Director.
The Project Manager role will be accountable for the overall success of the implementation. They will be responsible for overall project strategy, defining roles and responsibilities across the multiple organizations and people involved. They will coordinate all steps and tasks in the project, ensuring on-time completion of all aspects, and eventual go-live and customer value achievement. They will be responsible for the quality of implementation. They will also be responsible for ensuring the project is completed cost effectively.
