The Worldwide Financial Services team is responsible for InterSystems’ strategic programs across banking & capital markets. This includes:
- Analyzing industry trends and how they translate to InterSystems technology (IRIS Data Platform)
- Help to develop the partner ecosystem of solution vendors and system integrators
- Determining strategic directions and influencing industry investments
- Informing and enabling FS field sales teams
- Providing industry-specific feedback and requirements to business groups to influence product and technology development
- Communicating InterSystems value propositions to customers, partners, and within the Financial Services industry

As a Clinical Production Specialist, you will build and develop online technical training content for InterSystems’ online training initiatives, with an eye towards our TrakCare (EHR/EMR) product. These trainings are delivered to our internal TrakCare team and in clinical settings to doctors, nurses, clinicians and other healthcare providers. You will work closely with the Course Developers to move content from storyboards and scripts to final online content. You will develop this online content using Adobe Captivate, Camtasia, and other tools. As a successful Clinical Production Specialist, you will collaborate closely with the Course Developers.

As a key member of the HealthShare team, the Product Innovation Software Developer will be responsible for leading innovation projects in design, development, and implementation. Given rapidly changing trends in healthcare, the product innovation team requires creative and critical thinking, an entrepreneurial spirit, and rapid validation to explore future product growth areas for the company. This position will lead a variety of innovation projects ensuring that all goals are in alignment with current software architectural principles, clinical informatics principles, and the overall strategic plan of InterSystems. InterSystems' interns work in our Cambridge, MA office each summer on software development projects. Our interns are trusted to work independently, under the guidance of a mentor, to build and implement a software application. In addition to working on a project, interns are able to integrate themselves into our teams, problem solving alongside our full-time developers. InterSystems’ paid Summer Internship Program exposes students to a variety of technical and non-technical skills needed to excel in a professional career post-graduation.

InterSystems Corporation is hiring confident, motivated software developers to join our Software Sales Engineering team. This position combines software development with sales-focused business initiatives. A Sales Software Developer needs to be determined, outgoing, driven, and able to learn on the fly. You will be the technical face of the Sales team acting as the sole provider of proof-of-concept through to implementation support for clients across North America.
You will be paired with a Senior Sales Engineer to mentor you through your initial six months in the company. Onboarding includes in-depth technical training on our software applications, as well as client exposure and gradual account management. Upon successful completion of the onboarding process, you will manage all technical aspects of the Sales process.
