The Application Specialist (Support) will contribute to the continual product improvement and quality of the TrakCare service offering, by providing application knowledge and product support services. The Application Specialist (Support) will manage and prioritize customer support requests.

The Product Specialist participates in defining TrakCare product direction and release content for their region. They engage with clients and internal staff including Implementation teams to understand how TrakCare is being used. They must also stay current with healthcare trends and governmental changes in their regions. Product Specialists work with Clinical Adoption teams and Application Specialists to ensure quality design and configuration of new functionality thus ensuring deployed software addresses the regional client needs in a timely and effective manner.
The Product Specialist must have a broad understanding of Healthcare Information Technology and Systems. This role is working to provide health care solutions across the continuum of care within niche markets of commercial enterprise and the health care sector. It is integral to the development of products from all viewpoints including functionality, workflow, and look and feel.
Specific background areas of a successful candidate could include:
- Clinical Background (e.g. Pharmacist, Nurse, Physician, Radiographer, Laboratory Specialist) is preferable.
- Knowledge of Healthcare Standards and Clinical Content
- Knowledge of Clinical workflows for the different departments in a hospital including ancillary departments like Pharmacy and Radiology.
- Previous Hospital Information Systems work experience with a good understanding of configurations
The product specialist will be a part of a team configuring, documenting and testing the localised regional edition of the software. The product specialist will also evaluate change requests being raised by our clients and validate them for the inclusion into the edition.
The Project Manager will plan, execute, and effect the successful sign-off of InterSystems Corporation (TrakCare and HealthShare) projects within a country according to strict deadlines, within scope and within budget. The Project Manager is accountable for project success and the day-to-day management of project execution which includes acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of team members in order to deliver projects according to agreed contracts, plans and project milestones. The Project Manager will define the project’s objectives and oversee quality control throughout its life cycle adhering to the controls within the InterSystems ARIES Customer Engagement Methodology. He/she will be responsible for monitoring customer and any third-party obligations and escalation of any agreed project variances. The Project Manager must be available to visit customer sites and may be assigned to projects that require regular travel with the possibility of spending up to 5 nights away from home each week.
Based from our Paris office, the pre-sales engineer will provide guidance in the use of InterSystems' products as they best suit the requirements of the customer and its market. Product and business strategies are coordinated with the InterSystems Country Sales Manager to apply existing and new products to customers' database and application needs. The role is very wide-ranging and challenging, requiring a mixture of design skills, hands-on coding, presentation skills, technical architecture, sales awareness, business acumen, evangelism, mentoring and training. This role requires roughly 30% travel around France.
