Based from our Darmstadt office, the senior sales engineer will provide guidance in the use of InterSystems' products as they best suit the requirements of the customer and its market. Product and business strategies are coordinated with the InterSystems Account Manager to apply existing and new products to customers' database and application needs. The role is very wide-ranging and challenging, requiring a mixture of design skills, hands-on coding, presentation skills, technical architecture, sales awareness, business acumen, evangelism, mentoring and training. This role requires regular travel across Germany.

The German healthcare market has a wide array of healthcare IT systems deployed in hospitals, clinics, laboratories, and pharmacies and there is an increasing focus on connecting these systems rather than replacing them. In addition, there is an urgent need to allow care professionals to exchange information between primary, acute, and community care and increasing interest within the payer organizations to provide a personal electronic health record to their insured persons. The Sales Manager will be tasked with managing and developing relationships with new and existing End User customers, primarily hospitals and health insurance companies, to uncover potential opportunities for HealthShare as a solution to meet the target organisation’s interoperability needs. In addition, the Sales Manager will be tasked with managing and developing relationships with existing Application Partners in Germany. These accounts fall under our Core business category (Cache, Ensemble & Deepsee). We believe that the key to raising awareness of HealthShare’sbroad based capabilities will be to engage at the C level within the various target organisations.
The Sales Executive is primarily responsible for the recruitment of new application and solution partner accounts for InterSystems IRIS Data Platform. This includes managing all aspects of prospective and existing application and solution partner accounts in order to generate sales revenue and ensure a productive and profitable business relationship. Key accountabilities are to win new logo business, and develop long term revenue streams from new customers.
Due to recent growth of our HealthShare platform in Germany we are seeking a Solutions Architect to join our newly formed German implementation team. The Solution Architect will be responsible for delivering appropriate and effective solutions, developing design requirements, functional specifications and technical infrastructure to meet our customer’s expectations. Able to translate between business language and technical language, you will work closely with our customers to maximise the opportunity. The Solution Architect will work cohesively with the presales, implementation, and development teams in Germany and the US to produce leading edge product.
