As a Market Development Representative, MDR, your primary focus is to be the first line of contact for targeted prospect accounts, and to evangelize the capabilities of InterSystems’ products by influencing stakeholders and decision makers. Through strategic and careful communication, you will develop and maintain a qualified pipeline of prospects, including potential customers and partners for InterSystems. You represent the front line of InterSystems technology sales to significantly sized enterprise accounts.
Due to recent growth of our HealthShare platform in Germany we are seeking a Solutions Architect to join our newly formed German implementation team. The Solution Architect will be responsible for delivering appropriate and effective solutions, developing design requirements, functional specifications and technical infrastructure specifications to meet our customer’s expectations. Able to translate between business language and technical language, you will work closely with our customers to maximise the opportunity. The Solution Architect will work cohesively with the presales, implementation, and development teams in Germany and the US to produce leading edge product.
The Technical Specialist will be required to perform custom development tasks (including integration to systems and devices) and provide support for the technical implementation tools of InterSystems healthcare applications and related products in a successful, standard and timely manner. The Technical Specialist will be responsible for site specific technical setup activities such as; integrations, data migration, reporting and data extraction, analytics cubes, database updates, environment configuration, management of upgrades and releases to ensure that the solution satisfies project specifications and is delivered and deployed in line with project requirements. The Technical Specialist must be available to visit customer sites (e.g. hospitals/laboratories) and implementation partners for technical support and/or to provide technical training with the possibility of spending up to 4 days away from home each week.
