The Clinical Executive comes from a Nursing background and is both an experienced individual contributor and senior team member that provides leadership and expertise in the planning, positioning, and adoption of Trakcare with target Swedish customers.

The Clinical Executive (Nurse) is an expert at understanding targeted customer challenges from the Nurse’s point of view, including a deep understanding of workflows across the community of caregivers and patients in Sweden. The Clinical Executive will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with specifically Nursing and other executive leadership in Swedish healthcare organizations in order to ensure that customers receive immediate, mid-term and long-term value from our technology. Internally, the Clinical Executive is an educator that is relied upon to translate and transfer knowledge of the Swedish Healthcare market to other InterSystems team members to advance our products, their positioning, and customer value. The initial focus of this role would be to support our ongoing bid and tender activity in Sweden.
The role of the Project Manager is to plan, execute, and finalize projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. The Project Manager is in charge of the day-to-day management of project execution which includes: acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of team members in order to deliver projects according to plan. The Project Manager will define the project’s objectives and oversee quality control throughout its life cycle.
Ideally the Project Manager will have a mix of Sales and Project Management experience with strong organizational skills and the ability to run a procurement as a project. The procurements are complex and lengthy and experience of managing the different stages are essential. The Project Manager will work closely with the Bid Manager and Sales Manager who will be leading 2-3 procurements in parallel. The ability to build strong working relationships both internally and with partners is essential.
