We have an opportunity for an HRIS Specialist, with advanced Excel skills, Workday experience and a passion for people, data & analysis. The role sits within our UK HR team, is based at our office in Eton, Berkshire and covers the EMEA region. We implemented Workday Core HCM along with a number of financial modules, so strong Workday or HCM system experience is essential. The role is split 60% HRIS and 40% HR Generalist responsibilities; providing end user support to the team, producing regular reports, data insights and supporting projects. You will also perform database maintenance, information and data insights gathering, data input, and be responsible for troubleshooting problem areas. The HRIS Specialist will serve as the go-to subject matter expert relating to the HRIS Workday database and will be expected to be highly proficient in all matters pertaining to the system and also to provide HR Generalist support.

The Sales Engineer provides guidance in the use of InterSystems' products as they best suit the requirements of the customer and the market. Product and business strategies are coordinated with the InterSystems Account Managers, to apply existing and new products to customers' solution needs. The Sales Engineer role is wide-ranging, requiring a mixture of design skills, hands-on coding, presentation skills, technical architecture, sales awareness, business acumen, evangelism and mentoring and training ability. If you have the technical background required and the aptitude to move into a pre-sales role, we will provide training. This role requires regular travel across the UK.

The responsibility for building on our success with HealthShare to date is a significant one. Our need to appoint a seasoned and highly credible executive to secure new name business and to build mutually rewarding long term relationships will be critical to HealthShare’s evolution in the UK and beyond.

TrakCare, one of InterSystems’ leading healthcare products, has been sold into the UK market since 2009 when we were selected to deliver the Patient Management System that currently underpins the majority of NHS Scotland Hospitals. The Technical Specialist will be required to implement integration between TrakCare and other clinical or management systems using InterSystems integration engine and data platforms
The Technical Specialist will be responsible for site-specific software development activities and to ensure that the software satisfies project specifications and is delivered and deployed in line with project requirements.
The Technical Specialist must be available to visit client sites (e.g. hospitals/laboratories) and implementation partners for technical support and/or to provide technical training. International travel may be required.
