The Clinical Safety Specialist will deliver InterSystems’ clinical safety processes with respect to HealthShare, and will work with other member of the clinical engagement team to manage the adoption of Intersystems’ Clinical Safety Management System and to to support the development and implementation of Intersystems’ products across the EMEA region, with a particular focus on HealthShare.
The Administrative Assistant will provide a full range of administrative support and office coordination responsibilities to the Director of Sales, Manager of Sales Engineering and Education and the Client Engagement Director. You must be detail oriented; have a professional demeanour; strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

InterSystems UK has a new opportunity for a Sales Manager to define and execute a Business Partner Program, designed to drive sales of our Data Platform products. The Sales Manager will be a new business hunter responsible for selling our new product, InterSystems IRIS, to new customers by establishing a vibrant Distribution Channel within the UK.
The Sales Manager is responsible for establishing new distribution channels and developing a business partner program with resellers who will engage their customers and teams to sell our technology led solutions. This person will possess a strong understanding of technology and the concept of software middleware and have the ability to identify new business partners, where InterSystems products may be applied. The successful candidate will have a demonstrable track record of successfully articulating, and subsequently selling, technology led solutions to new customers through distribution channels.
We have a particular focus on financial services, although experience in this field is not essential. Financial services is a data rich industry, one that is heavily regulated and it is becoming increasingly challenging for organizations in this sector to deal with risk, surveillance, and compliance when operating multiple stand-alone applications across diverse locations and populations. InterSystems IRIS presents a great proposition to the financial services industry and others, a complete data platform that combines analytical and transaction processing with interoperability for handling all types of data.

Since 2009 Trakcare has been sold into the UK market, the catalyst being our selection to deliver a Patient Management System which currently underpins the majority of NHS Scotland Hospitals. In addition to working with several NHS boards in England, TrakcareLab is being rolled out as the LIMS solution supporting all of the Welsh NHS Pathology laboratories.
The Systems Management Specialist will perform the following functions:
- Support defined technical system areas, perform custom development tasks and provide technical support for the implementation of TrakCare products
- Responsible for the overall delivery of the System Architecture Plan and management of associated resources and activities to ensure that software is delivered and deployed in line with project requirements
- Communicate with the appropriate groups to obtain support when required and as well standards for the implementation of TrakCare products
The Technical Specialist will be required to perform custom development tasks and provide support for the technical implementation tools of InterSystems healthcare applications and related products.
The Technical Specialist will be responsible for site specific software development activities and to ensure that the software satisfies project specifications and is delivered and deployed in line with project requirements.
The Technical Specialist must be available to visit client sites (e.g. hospitals/laboratories) and implementation partners for technical support and/or to provide technical training. International travel may be required.
