Playing a lead role in the implementation of the TrakCare solution , the Application Analyst will contribute to the successful and timely deployment of the TrakCare product by providing application knowledge and product delivery services in the functional areas of product implementation, requirements scoping, field design documentation and change request testing.
The Applications Analyst will act as an “expert” product resource for customers and will be expected to communicate and prioritize customer requirements to other areas of the business.
The Applications Analyst will be expected to travel extensively throughout the region and will be required to spend time away from home on a regular basis, but predominantly during weekdays
The Clinical Safety Specialist will deliver InterSystems’ clinical safety processes with respect to HealthShare, and will work with other member of the clinical engagement team to manage the adoption of Intersystems’ Clinical Safety Management System and to to support the development and implementation of Intersystems’ products across the EMEA region, with a particular focus on HealthShare.
The successful candidate will be responsible for working closely with InterSystems UK Trakcare (EMR) Edition Product team and QD departments to expand a repeatable automated testing suite to assist in rapid, accurate evidential testing.
Working alongside the UK technical, applications, support and product teams, the QD Engineer will be expected to create, maintain and execute Test Reports, Test Cases and Test Scripts. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in the field of manual and automated testing, preferably within a healthcare environment, and show real passion for quality improvement initiatives in a complex software environment.
The QD Engineer will be responsible for the timely execution and hands-on manual Functional and Non-Functional Testing of our unique & complex Health Centric Web based system and it’s compatibility with ad-hoc peripheral devices, Service Packs, Patches and 3d party software as required in a VMWare Test Environment. Administration of the QD process, tracking of progress and metrics, defect tracking, QD failures, escalations and creating and maintenance of test QA processes and procedures are also key tasks of these roles.
You will be joining an established technical and applications team, and this is an exciting opportunity to help define the testing strategy of TrakCare in the UK.
The Sales Application Specialist will be required to support the sales and marketing process of TrakCare products (EMR/HIS) in the UK and Europe to ensure increased sales revenue.
The Sales Application Specialist will be required to work alongside all levels of the procurement team and end-users within the customer’s site during the Trakcare pre-sales process.
The Sales Application Specialist will be required to communicate with the technical team to ensure they fully comprehend the capabilities of the application and can demonstrate the features and benefits.
The Sales Application Specialist will be required to work with the implementation team to ensure that the functionality demonstrated and responded as available in the Output Based Specifications to customers are implemented.

We are hiring a Technical Specialist to join our Integration team working from either our Edinburgh or Windsor offices.
The Technical Specialist will be required to implement integration between TrakCare and other clinical or management systems using InterSystems integration engine and data platforms.
The Technical Specialist will be responsible for site specific software development activities and to ensure that the software satisfies project specifications and is delivered and deployed in line with project requirements.
The Technical Specialist must be available to visit client sites (e.g. hospitals/laboratories) and implementation partners for technical support and/or to provide technical training. International travel may be required.
