We are looking for people with clinical backgrounds and extensive NHS experience to play a lead role in the implementation of the TrakCare solution. The Application Analyst will contribute to the successful and timely deployment of the TrakCare product by providing application knowledge and product delivery services in the functional areas of product implementation, requirements scoping, field design documentation and change request testing.
Acting as an “expert” product resource for customers, you will be expected to communicate and prioritize customer requirements to other areas of the business.
This role requires extensive travel throughout the UK, staying away from home for 3 to 4 days per week.

The Project Manager will plan, execute, and effect the successful sign-off of InterSystems Corporation (TrakCare and HealthShare) projects within a country according to strict deadlines, within scope and within budget. The Project Manager is accountable for project success and the day-to-day management of project execution, which includes acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of team members in order to deliver projects according to agreed contracts, plans and project milestones. The Project Manager will define the project’s objectives and oversee quality control throughout its life cycle adhering to the controls within the InterSystems ARIES Customer Engagement Methodology. He/she will be responsible for monitoring customer and any third-party obligations and escalation of any agreed project variances. The Project Manager must be available to visit customer sites and may be assigned to projects that require regular travel with the possibility of spending up to 5 nights away from home each week.

A strong technical aptitude, considered approach, attention to detail and the ability to communicate effectively at all levels are essential skills for this role.
The Sales Engineer provides guidance in the use of InterSystems' products as they best suit the requirements of the customer and the market. Product and business strategies are coordinated with the InterSystems Account Managers, to apply existing and new products to customers' solution needs. The Sales Engineer role is wide-ranging, requiring a mixture of design skills, hands-on coding, presentation skills, technical architecture, sales awareness, business acumen, evangelism and mentoring and training ability. If you have the technical background required and the aptitude to move into a pre-sales role, we will provide training. This role requires regular travel across the UK.

InterSystems UK seeks to hire an energetic, hungry Sales Manager who will define and then execute a strategy designed to introduce InterSystems HealthShare to new customers in addition to existing UK customers who have already deployed HealthShare and other InterSystems products. The responsibility for building on our success with HealthShare to date is a significant one. Our need to appoint a seasoned and highly credible executive to secure new name business and to build mutually rewarding long term relationships will be critical to HealthShare’s evolution in the UK and beyond.
InterSystems HealthShare products and add-on components work together to capture information, share it in a meaningful way, aid understanding and drive transformative action across organisations and communities. There is a pressing need to allow care professionals to exchange information between care settings and to facilitate fully integrated health and social care. The need for a single platform to connect myriad disparate systems and functions to support new models of care has never been more relevant than it is today.
The Sales Manager will be tasked with managing and developing relationships with new and existing End User customers to uncover potential opportunities for HealthShare as a solution to meet the target organisation’s interoperability needs. The successful candidate will have a demonstrable track record of successfully articulating and subsequently selling solutions to CEOs, CFOs, CIOs and CCIOs.

Reporting to the Customisation Team Lead, the Engineering Lead will be the main technical liaison for a number of UK based projects throughout England, Scotland and the Channel Islands.
This role demands proven technical skills coupled with strong project management experience, ideally in a healthcare environment focused on enterprise level EPR project implementations.
The ideal candidate will be expected to own and co-ordinate multiple technical disciplines and work streams, working closely with Project Managers and technical work stream leads to ensure timely delivery of technical tasks that result in on target and on budget project delivery.
Travel is a necessity in this role and on site presence will be expected in order to establish and grow a strong customer facing relationship. The Engineering Lead will predominantly be the first point of contact for technical issues and advice required by the customer during the implementation phase of a TrakCare project rollout.
