The Application Specialist will use their healthcare, business and InterSystems product knowledge to ensure that we contract and implement InterSystems products in a successful, standard and timely manner.  The Application Specialist will become an “expert” product resource for customers and will be expected to understand the customer process, assess solution best fit and advise the customer how to best implement the standard solution as early as possible.  Advise the customer on driving maximum benefits from the solution, whilst keeping customer specific work to an absolute minimum and liaise with various areas of the business on these accordingly. It is therefore essential, that they keep up to date with new product developments as they become available through the normal product release cycle.  The Application Specialist must be available to visit customer sites and may be assigned to projects that require regular travel with the possibility of spending up to 5 days away from home each week.

The successful individual will have come from a Medical Doctor background and have an in-depth knowledge understanding of the workflows within the hospital Oncology environment and of Oncology/ Clinical systems.

The Application Specialist will become an “expert” product resource for customers and will be expected to understand the customer process, assess solution best fit and advise the customer how to best implement the standard solution as early as possible. Advise the customer on driving maximum benefits from the solution, whilst keeping customer specific work to an absolute minimum and liaise with various areas of the business on these accordingly. The successful individual will have come from a Healthcare Billing background and have an in-depth knowledge understanding of the billing rules and billing workflows and requirements within the private and public hospitals in Italy.

The Application Specialist will use their healthcare, business and InterSystems product knowledge to ensure that we contract and implement InterSystems products in a successful, standard and timely manner.  The Application Specialist will become an “expert” Pharmacy resource for customers and will be expected to understand the customer process, assess solution best fit and advise the customer how to best implement the standard solution as early as possible.  Advise the customer on driving maximum benefits from the solution, whilst keeping customer specific work to an absolute minimum and liaise with various areas of the business on these accordingly. It is therefore essential, that they keep up to date with new product developments as they become available through the normal product release cycle.  The Application Specialist must be available to visit customer sites and may be assigned to projects that require regular travel with the possibility of spending up to 5 days away from home each week.   This role will act as a Subject Matter Expert for the Medications Management module of our TrakCare Product. The successful individual will have come from a Hospital Pharmacy background and have an in-depth knowledge understanding of the workflows within the hospital pharmacy environment and of Medication Management systems.

Working in an experienced TrakCare product team the Product Specialist’s key responsibilities include using extensive domain knowledge and experience to work both with developers and customers to influence the direction of the product in Italy.  Product Specialists are capable of producing product requirements and use cases and participating with engineers on developing prototype and total solutions. Product Specialists are the subject matter expert (SME) for their domain area and /or region and as such work with and effectively communicate with developers, internal team and customers in order to understand the requirements for the product moving into the future.

Product Specialists – PAS are the subject matter expert (SME) for Patient Administrative  workflows like ADT, Coding, Scheduling, and relevant governmental / statutory exports and as such work with and effectively communicate with developers, internal team and customers in order to understand the requirements for the product moving into the future.
