The Contracts Manager will work with the Regional Counsel (APAC) and with other members of the legal team to compile, review and draft materials relating to the lifecycles of our customer relationships. This includes the following:
- assisting with responses to tenders and customer proposals,
- drafting and reviewing contract change requests,
- reviewing confidentiality agreements and other pre-contract matters,
- participating in correspondence with customers when such correspondence pertains to legal matters,
- working with the legal team on other tasks as required,
- observing and enforcing internal corporate policies and procedures, and
- working with outside counsel.
The Marketing Co-ordinator will work with the local BeNeLux marketing and sales teams to support all company business units. The role will develop and implement quality campaigns to increase sales revenues and meet key business targets within the context of the corporate and local marketing plans.
The role will also include general marketing activities to support the business objectives as needed for campaign and brand consistency. In addition, the Marketing Co-ordinator should create and execute activities to recruit new (Application) Partners by engaging with Innovators and Developers, thereby driving our Data Platform business. He / She should also to increase our market profile and reach in the Healthcare markets to extend InterSystems’ business inside and outside of hospitals and laboratories.
This role is key to delivering effective marketing communications to improve demand generation and nurturing. The geographical area of responsibility is the Netherlands.
The HR Coordinator is responsible for assisting the HR Manager in providing first class Human Resources support to employees and managers of InterSystems - Brazil, for all employee lifecycle processes: onboarding, training & development, benefits administration, performance & assessment, statutory compliance and retention.
He/she will work closely with our international HR team to ensure proper workflow and to collaborate on projects.
Key responsibilities include: ensuring efficiency of HR workflows and processes, ensuring accuracy of HR data and relevant documentation, providing advisory support to employees regarding benefits and policies, and providing HR reports that generate valuable insights for the team as a whole.

We have an opportunity for an HRIS Specialist, with advanced Excel skills, Workday experience and a passion for people, data & analysis. The role sits within our UK HR team, is based at our office in Eton, Berkshire and covers the EMEA region. We implemented Workday Core HCM along with a number of financial modules, so strong Workday or HCM system experience is essential.
